Coffee Shops

We have found that taking our child up to a coffee shop for a quick treat during the mornings is a great way to get a useful walk in and get our son out of the house.  Thus far we have hit up a few in Midtown that are walking distance from our house, and many have been excellent to go to, and kids have been welcomed and or encouraged at everywhere we’ve gone.

For the vast majority of Americans the classic coffee shop conjures images of the gang from Friends hanging out, or the solo writer typing away at a computer, or maybe its even beatniks sipping cappuccinos in the village, but and  we have found the coffee shops to be a wonderful space for our family to hang out.
